There’s No Place Like Home!

There is one thing I’ve learned over the years of helping clients create their perfect home, and it never fails. That one thing is this, let “your” home – tell YOUR story.  If you have pieces that have been in your family for years, don’t toss that because you think it won’t fit, it’s part of your story and we will make it fit…beautifully!  In the past couple of decades, we have been fed the consumeristic message, “out with the old, in with the new”.  It’s so sad that pieces of our family, our culture and our beginnings have been tossed to make way for what?  A new trend that lasts only a few years.  Sometimes it can’t be helped, we have to let go.  But I find, and many of my past client’s will agree, that the pieces that hold sentimental value, the pieces that remind us of people and places and the times we’ve shared, these are the pieces that make our OUR homes just that… Ours.
